Lisa Scicchitano, RN, MHA, BSN
Lisa received her graduate degree in Health Services Administration from the University of St. Francis and her undergraduate degree in Nursing at York College of Pennsylvania. She also received an Associates degree in Nursing from Harrisburg Area Community College and a diploma as a practical nurse at Carlisle Hospital. Lisa holds a certificate in Nursing Management from Pennsylvania State University.
Lisa’s background includes experience in emergency, intensive care, post operative care and operating room. For the past ten years, she has been involved in health care management. Lisa is a member of the Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, American Operating Room Nurses Association and is certified in Operating Room Nursing.
Kathy Putt, Assistant Practice Administrator
Kathy graduated from the Pennsylvania Junior College of Medical Arts in 1971. She has experience in laboratory, dental assisting, transcription, reception, secretarial and administration. She has been employed by Jackson Siegelbaum Gastroenterology for 21 years.
Brenda Beland, Business Director
Brenda has worked in the medical field for the past 35 years as a nursing assistant, a medical secretary, a coder and eventually Billing Manager. She attended Lebanon Valley College, majoring in Business related to Medical Billing. She has worked for Jackson Siegelbaum Gastroenterology for the past 18 years.
Patricia K. Houseman, MLT (ASCP)
After graduating from high school and a vocational technical school in the Allied Health field, Patty attended Harrisburg Area Community College and did her internship at Columbia Hospital in Columbia, PA. She then received her Associate's Degree in Medical Technology. She has been certified as a Medical Laboratory Technician with the American Society of Clinical Pathology since 1982. Patty's background includes working in a hospital laboratory setting, with experience in all major departments of the clinical laboratory, with the main concentration in Hematology.
She has been with Jackson Siegelbaum Gastroenterology for 20 years and during that time, she has been supervising their Physician Office Laboratory (POL). The laboratory currently holds a clinical laboratory permit with the Pennsylvania Department of Health and a CLIA Certificate of Compliance. Her qualified and knowledgeable staff performs a wide array of routine and specialized testing, and offers the best patient care available.
